Yep... my hospital bag and baby's bag
are packed! We are ready!
What is in my bag:
- Two sets of PJs, both with button fronts. One is long sleeve and long pants-fleece and the other is short sleeves and capris-cotton.
- Stretchy yoga type pants
- Two nursing bras
- One nursing shirt
- Nursing breast pads
- Cheap granny panties
- Bathrobe
- Fuzzy socks
- Going home outfit
- Chapstick
- Gum
- Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and loofah, toothpaste and toothbrush, hair ties and clips, contact lens stuff, hairbrush, nipple cream, deodorant, concealer and blush (for some pics when we head home).
- Baby memory book
- Birth plan
Will pack when ready to leave: i-pad
for communication, chargers, phone, camera, my pillow and nursing
pillow, money, wallets and snacks.
My bag
Baby bag (they don't provide as much in
the hospital here and this is all new, so might seem like a bit much)
- Two newborn sleepers
- Two 0-3 month sleepers
- Three newborn onesie suits (long and short sleeved)
- Three 0-3 month onesie suits (long and short sleeved)
- Booties, hats, and mittens
- Three pants (newborn and 0-3 months)
- A few disposable diapers and wipes/cream
- Two pacifiers
- Going home outfit
- Zipper sweatshirt
- Blanket
- Car seat installed in car
So... there it is. Ready and waiting :)
